Baker Concrete Construction, Inc. Document Control Manager in Janesville, Wisconsin

The Document Control Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner.

  • Responsible for Document Control

  • Control applicable quality assurance documentation generated, assembled, and maintained for a specific project

  • Review all records for legibility, completeness, traceability to the item, and conformance to specified acceptance standards

  • Responsible for receiving, maintaining, and distributing a variety of secure records, such as Contract Documents, Procedures, Drawings, Instructions, and Construction Documents, including their revisions

  • Develop and maintain various logs and reports

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or 2 to 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the civil discipline

  • Knowledge of construction practices (i.e., formwork, rebar, concrete placing, etc) is preferred

  • Quality assurance-related experience preferably in the Nuclear power industry (DOE/DOD facilities)

  • Demonstrated skill and knowledge with applicable Quality codes and standards and NRC regulations

  • Must have knowledge and understanding of 10CFR50, App. B, ASME NQA-1 and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Sections II, V, and IX

  • Must have knowledge of the general structure of quality assurance programs, especially of document control procedures and systems under those programs
